چکیده
the aim of this study was to introduce a new idea in site selection of the sport facilities. at first, the studied domain was categorized into 6 incoherent scales by ahp method and based on 12 criteria including different urban land uses and elements. the lands with the maximum value and the area of 1502965.8 m2 comprised 6% of the whole domain. then, after teaming up on the research project, the area with the highest value was examined by field estimation and 5 plots of land (a, b, c, d, and e) were considered as the inputs of discrete state. these plots were the lands which were capable of being considered and researched to build new sports facilities in the real world and in terms of other criteria. to prioritize these inputs, four methods of topsis, electre, saw and taxonomy were used whose common criteria were the price, geomorphic conditions, ability to get possessory right, present use value, population, accessibility and distance from nearby sports facilities. finally, the results from abovementioned methods were gathered and analyzed by poset technique and it was determined that the piece of land c was the best place to build a new sport facility.

Methods for integrating environment into decision-making in China
The prevailing systems for decision-making in many countries tend to separate environmental factors at the policy, planning and management levels, a practice that has important implications for sustainable development. Among many methods, at different decision-making levels, environmental planning and environmental assessment are currently the most widely used in China. This article briefly int...
متن کاملExtensions of ELECTRE-I and TOPSIS methods for group decision-making under complex Pythagorean fuzzy environment
Multi-criteria group decision-making is a process in which decision makers assess the performance of alternatives on the basis of conflicting criteria to opt the most worthy alternative as solution. TOPSIS and ELECTRE are effective and commonly used methods to solve multiple criteria decision-making problems. The aim of this study is to propose two new models, namely, complex Pythagorean fuzzy ...

متن کاملIntegrating Constrained Cellular Automata Models, GIS and Decision Support Tools for Urban Planning and Policy Making
In this paper we present a Decision Support System developed to assist urban planners and policy makers to simulate and analyse alternative urban layouts, land uses, and growth patterns. The core of the system is a modelling and simulation shell allowing the user to specify Constrained Cellular Automata models of urban and regional systems. Unlike conventional Cellular Automata, these are defin...
